Users switch between multiple apps throughout the day. How can Webex as a collaboration tool reduce switching costs and help with user productivity?

The outcome

Collaborated with Miro UX and Engineers to deliver the first 'deep integration' in Webex, establishing the template for deep integrations going forward.

Integrating Miro into Webex Messaging

As part of their strategy for deeper integrations, Webex partnered with Miro as a key third-party to collaborate with. For its first release, this integration will take form as a Miro app that users can pin to their Webex Spaces (analogous to Slack channels) - providing access to the Miro board to all users in a Space and streamlining collaboration.
